Stoneridge, Inc (NYSE:SRI) Unveils A 24/7 Technical Assistance For Stoneridge EZ -ELD®

Stoneridge, Inc (NYSE:SRI) has always appreciated and embraced any strategy geared towards helping it better serve its wide customers base. It was at the 2018 Mid America Trucking Show held today that the company moved ahead to make the pronouncement that it was unveiling its 24/7 technical assistance for Stoneridge EZ -ELD®.

Stoneridge’s product experts are looking forward to that moment when they will be embarking on serving fleet managers and support drivers with installation, navigation and use of the EZ-ELD device and accompanying smartphone app. The section of drivers who might need assistance outside of the traditional business hours will be benefiting a huge deal from the 24/7 availability to the lifted support.

Stuart Adams, an official working for the company after attending a business conference recently was interviewed by several news reporters. He spoke quite much regarding the latest developments by the company. He revealed that as a company they remained much dedicated to giving a listening year to customers.

Through assessing their feedback, they were able to forge the way forward. One notable aspect about the company is the fact that it pays a huge deal of focus towards the general improvement of its products and services as well since customers remain the cornerstone of its business operations.

But what is it that makes this company one of a kind? It is the commitment it has always indicated when it comes to moving that extra mile to even add staff members in a bid to offer 24-hour support and it isn’t interested in charging a premium.

Another official working with the company has also revealed that they have plans under way to expand the fleet evaluations and of course that will be in line with the business guru’s new Mirror Eye Camera Monitor System. It will be a device that will serve as a perfect replacement for the truck’s mirrors fitted with digital monitors and external digital cameras.

The company in its latest statement outlined that it would be doing all within its means to ensure that its fleet owners got the chance to experience Mirror Eye technology benefits and the advanced safety.
